A Business development Manager will develop and nurture relationships with architects, designers and high-value end customers to secure large-scale interior architecture and soft interiors projects.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with potential high-value clients, particularly architects and designers
- Create and deliver compelling presentations that effectively communicate
- Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads
- Represent company at industry events, exhibitions, and luxury interior fraternity gatherings
- Plan and organize exclusive promotional events including designer collaborations and themed campaigns
- Build and maintain relationships with luxury interior publications to enhance brand visibility
- Collaborate with the design team to develop tailored proposals for large projects
- Negotiate contracts and terms for major projects within company guidelines
- Track and analyse BD performance metrics to optimize outreach strategies
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy KPIs
- Conversion rate of leads to projects
- Relationship development with target architect/designer firms
- Revenue generated from architect/designer referrals
- Event ROI (leads and projects generated per event)
- Media coverage secured in luxury publications
- Growth in qualified prospect database
- Average project value
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Interior Architecture, or related field
- Additional qualification in Marketing or Business Development preferred
Work Schedule
- Week Off: Sundays
- Morning shift: 10:30 am – 6:30 pm & 11:30 to 7:30
