Roles & Responsibilities
- A go getter with solutions provider mind-set.
- Establish relationships with new customers and secure contracts with new customers that achieve assigned sales and targets.
- Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales. Prospect for potential customers using various direct methods such as calling and face to face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking.
- Must have in-depth knowledge about Architects, Interior Designers, Furniture Manufacturers, Furniture Showrooms, and PMCs.
- Should have excellent networking for project pitching.
- Must be able to coordinate between Clients and Various Teams like Execution, Delivery, etc.
- Must also be excellent in understanding the entire light portfolio first hand and indulge in understanding specifications.
- Should be able to work under pressure, deadlines, and commitments as well as achieve targets.
- Should have already worked in any architectural, PMC, lighting, real estate and interior design industry promoting and developing business for new products.
- Should be well versed with the usage of MS Outlook and MS Excel.
- Must be a team leader and must be ready to take the leadership role and expand the team with growth in business.
- Taking calls from clients, working on estimation and sending the estimation, confirming of estimation and forwarding the same to production and back office, taking charge of finished products, and looking after timely delivery.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with 3-4 years of marketing experience in a related field; luxury or real estate experience desired
- Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth
- Ability to interact, communicate and collaborate with a wide variety of individuals at all levels of the organization
- Decisiveness and excellent use of independent judgment

Work Schedule
- Week off: Sundays
- Shift: 10.30 am – 7:30 pm
Salary
- INR 25,000 – INR 60,000 per month.
- In addition to the salary, the company offers incentives as good as your monthly package.
