The PMC head acts as a liaison between the client and the project team and must have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. They must also have a solid understanding of the architecture and construction industries, as well as experience in project management.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Developing project plans, budgets and timelines
• Monitoring project progress and making adjustments as needed
• Managing and leading project team members
• Coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
• Managing risks and ensuring compliance with regulations and codes
• Negotiating contracts and resolving disputes
• Communicating project status and updates to stakeholders
• Ensuring project documentation is complete and accurate

Requirements

•  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration or equivalent.
• Ability to interpret construction data, engineering calculations, and drawings
• Ability to establish and manage a budget
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Work Schedule

• Week Off:  Sundays
• Morning shift: 10:00 am – 7:00 pm

Salary

• INR 35,000 to INR 75,000 per month
