Roles & Responsibilities

• Greeting and seating guests
• Handling guest inquiries and complaints
• Resolving customer issues and escalating as necessary
• Maintaining a positive and friendly attitude towards guests
• Promoting restaurant events and specials
• Assisting with customer service training for staff
• Providing feedback to management on customer satisfaction
• Maintaining customer data and guest history
• Upselling menu items and specials
• Managing reservations and waitlists.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a relevant field
• Proven experience as a Guest Relations Officer.
• Familiarity with hospitality industry standards.
• A customer-oriented and professional attitude.
• An outgoing personality.
• Outstanding communication abilities

Location

• Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad

Work Schedule

• Week Off:  Any day between Monday to Friday.
• Morning shift: 10:30 am – 7:30 pm
• Second Shift: 1:00 pm – 10: 00 pm

Salary

• INR 18,000 to INR 30,000
• In addition to the salary, the company offers meals and service charge commission.
