Roles & Responsibilities
- Greeting and seating guests
- Handling guest inquiries and complaints
- Resolving customer issues and escalating as necessary
- Maintaining a positive and friendly attitude towards guests
- Promoting restaurant events and specials
- Assisting with customer service training for staff
- Providing feedback to management on customer satisfaction
- Maintaining customer data and guest history
- Upselling menu items and specials
- Managing reservations and waitlists.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a relevant field
- Proven experience as a Guest Relations Officer.
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards.
- A customer-oriented and professional attitude.
- An outgoing personality.
- Outstanding communication abilities
Location
- Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad
Work Schedule
- Week Off: Any day between Monday to Friday.
- Morning shift: 10:30 am – 7:30 pm
- Second Shift: 1:00 pm – 10: 00 pm
Salary
- INR 18,000 to INR 30,000
- In addition to the salary, the company offers meals and service charge commission.
