As a Store manager you need to ensure nothing is  “out of stock”. You have the inventory, you have the sales. Your goal is to maximize profitability and maintain the brand image.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Min 4-5 years with a Top Fashion Brand
• Team building/ Team Management, Customer Relationship Management, Retail Sales, Managing and Nurturing Company’s interactions with the customers.
• Proactive Stock Handling and Effective Stock Merchandising, Inventory Management.
• Applying Visual Merchandising Concepts and Guidelines, Understanding Customer Behaviour and providing Instant Feedback of Customers/ Stock to the Managers/Head-Office.
• Should understand POS system operations.
• Leadership, Time management, Expense Management
• Excellent Communication is a must.

Requirements

•  A degree in Business, Management Studies, or Retail Management
• Strong working knowledge of fashion trends, designers, and brands.
• Customer management skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Possessing sales abilities

Location

• Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai, Delhi

Work Schedule

• Week Off:  Any day between Monday to Friday.
• Morning shift: 10.30 am – 7:30 pm
• Second Shift: 12.30 pm – 9:30 pm

Salary

• INR 35,000 to INR 55,000
